By Tony George Yes, the King of all wagering sports is in full swing, that would be football. Year in and year out it amazes me that action junkies wait till football to unload 10 or more games a weekend in football, and pound Monday Night football with all they have to chase losses or attempt to double up on profits. In today’s double header between the Nationals and the Rockies, you have to play Colorado on the run line in game one. The Nationals are just 6-11 since the All Streak break and send to the field one of the worst offenses in baseball. Washington, which is just 19-38 on the road, is ranked last in the National League in batting average and runs scored. It doesn’t get much better on the pitching side of things either. The Nationals send Jason Bergmann to the hill. Bergmann posts a 1-8 record and has given up 18 homeruns in just 99 2/3 innings, which benefits the Rockies as we all know how the ball carries in Colorado. On top of that the Nationals have just won 3 of 17 games in which Bergmann starts the game. The Nationals are struggling, and look for that to continue.

The offense isn’t great either – Kansas City lost 12 straight games between May 19 and May 30, scoring four or more runs in only three of those sports betting contests.
